I led a full-cycle sourcing project to identify, evaluate, and secure a turnkey cassava starch production line in China for a Panama-based client entering the agro-processing sector. The project included market intelligence research, factory identification, technical verification of equipment specifications, and direct negotiations with qualified manufacturers.

I assessed end-to-end production capabilities—including washing, crushing, separating, refining, drying, and packaging modules, to ensure full compliance with the client’s required output capacity, process automation level, and U.S. import standards.

The final deliverable included a shortlist of vetted OEM factories, complete technical documentation, FOB quotations, cost comparisons, production timelines, and recommendations for the negotiation.
